Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

MPEC Mentorship (“MPEC,” “we,” or “us”) provides mentorship with Dr. Violet Agbor-Enoh in Marriage & Relationships, Parenting & Family, Education, and Career & Purpose.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book consultations or mentorship, purchase services, or attend courses.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when making an enquiry, submitting a contact or appointment form, purchasing a service, or participating in mentorship. Depending on the interaction, this may include:

  • Your name, contact details, appointment preferences, and messages.
  • The service purchased, booking details, attendance, payment status, and refund history.
  • Personal circumstances, goals, concerns, and agreed next steps shared during mentorship.
  • Correspondence, feedback, and complaints.

Our website also uses technical services that process information about your device and visits, as explained below.

3. Disclosures

Mentorship can involve sensitive matters concerning relationships, children, health, beliefs, education, or employment. Share only information relevant to the support you are seeking.

Please do not include detailed medical histories, identification documents, children’s records, or another person’s private correspondence in an initial website enquiry. Where possible, describe other people without unnecessary identifying details.

Where specific consent is legally required to process sensitive information, we will obtain it separately.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, deliver purchased services, prepare agreed guidance, administer payments and follow-ups, and handle cancellations or complaints.

We also use relevant information to maintain business records, understand website usage, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. Private mentorship disclosures will not be used for promotional content without separate permission.

5. Forms & 3rd Party Services

MPEC’s website uses the following services:

Contact and Appointment Forms

Forms are provided on our website. Information submitted through these forms is used to receive and manage your request. Do not enter payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information into these forms.

Square

The website links to Square or PayPal for payments. Square processes payment information under its own privacy terms. MPEC may receive transaction details needed to confirm purchases, reconcile payments, and issue refunds.

Google Analytics

The website includes a Google Analytics tag to measure visits and website activity. Depending on configuration and consent settings, it may process browser, device, referral, and interaction information using cookies or similar technologies.

Google Maps

The contact page embeds a Google map. Loading or interacting with it may send technical information, including your IP address, to Google.

Social Media Links

Our website also links to LinkedIn and YouTube. Visiting those platforms subjects your activity there to their own privacy practices.

6. Cookies

All third-party tools may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, and analytics.

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser, although this may affect website functions. Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential tracking, those technologies must remain disabled until consent is given.

7. Sharing and Confidentiality

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer services, work with relevant technology providers or professional advisers, comply with law, address legally recognised safety concerns, or resolve disputes.

Information shared with providers should be limited to what their role requires. MPEC does not sell personal information or provide private mentorship disclosures to advertisers.

A person paying for another adult’s mentorship does not automatically receive access to session information. Before joint sessions, we will agree how separate communications and shared information will be handled. Group participants must respect one another’s privacy, but MPEC cannot guarantee their compliance.

8. Records and Security

MPEC may retain enquiries, booking and transaction records, correspondence, action plans, and limited mentorship notes where needed for service delivery, administration, legal obligations, or disputes.

Information should be retained only while necessary for those purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised. A deletion request may not remove records that must lawfully be retained.

We will use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information’s sensitivity. No electronic system is completely secure; avoid sending especially sensitive details through ordinary website forms or email.

9. Recordings, AI, and Testimonials

Recording, transcription, or use of an AI meeting assistant requires advance agreement from everyone affected. Any proposed recording must explain its purpose, access, and intended use.

Course recording arrangements are disclosed before registration.

10. Children’s Information

Independent enquiries and bookings are intended for adults. Parents may discuss parenting concerns without enrolling a child.

Direct participation by a minor requires prior arrangements, appropriate guardian consent, and an explanation of confidentiality and information handling. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information without appropriate permission.

11. Privacy Requests

You may request access to your information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or information about its disclosure. You may also withdraw consent or request that particular uses stop, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Marketing preferences are separate from necessary appointment, payment, and service communications.

12. Changes and Contact

Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Materially different uses will require additional notice or consent where applicable.
