About Dr Violet Agbor-Enoh

Dr. Violet Agbor-Enoh is a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, researcher, and mentor with more than 20 years of experience across psychology, education, behavioral health, leadership, and human development. She is the founder of MPEC Mentorship—Marriage, Parenting, Education, and Career—created to help individuals and families work through real challenges and make thoughtful decisions.
Her career has included private practice, outpatient care, higher education, K–12 schools, behavioral-health administration, research, and faith-based settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in education, a Master of Science degree, an educational specialist degree, and a doctorate from Chestnut Hill College, and completed her doctoral internship at the University of Delaware.
As a wife, mother of three, former collegiate athlete, entrepreneur, and community leader, she also understands the competing responsibilities people carry outside of work. Her work includes parenting education through Raise to Rise, the learning game Cardmatics, community-health initiatives, and speaking on topics including anxiety, resilience, self-care, and Superwoman Syndrome.
